*An Active Account is defined as having funds and having played at least $50 on four of the previous eight days.
Award Rules
- Multiple winners split prizes.
- Entries are limited to one per individual, household or IP address.
- Only one prize per person will be awarded. Multiple entries will disqualify a participant from receiving any prize. The checks will only be made out to the registered account owner and sent to the address listed on the account. Taxes are the responsibility of the winners.
- A Wagering Script has NO cash value and is non-transferable.
- Entries run separate for purposes of the contest. If a contest pick does NOT start the race the pick will revert to the LOWEST odds horse that is NOT part of an entry or field.
All Betting Scripts MUST BE wagered 5 times before a withdraw can be made.
Only Profits from Betting Script can be cashed out.
