Deadline

The deadline ("TERMINAL DATE") for registering and entering submissions for the Kentucky Derby Contest is May 7th, 2011 at 2:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time)

How to play

You must select three horse in the 137th Kentucky Derby Contest. Entries are considered as separate horses as far as the contest is concerned.

A contestant gets a FANTASY $100 to win, place and show on each of the three horses . If your horse finishes 1st, 2nd or 3rd your fantasy balance will grow according to the track odds.

Whoever wins the MOST in Fantasy Money will be the Kentucky Derby Contest Winner. Multiple winners will split the prizes.

Note :
To Win " a Horse who finishes 1st.
To Place " a Horse who finishes 2nd.
To Show " a Horse who finishes 3rd.

The Contest

The Contest has 2 MAIN steps:

Registration - Once the contest registration form has been submitted, the contestant is officially participating.

Contest Picks Submittion -You must select three horses and submit your picks. Submitted forms are final. Picked Horses cannot be changed once the form has been submitted and requests to make changes to a submitted form will be ignored.

Entries run separate for purposes of the contest. If a contest pick does NOT start the race the pick will revert to the horse with the LOWEST odds and that is NOT part of an entry or field.

The contest will be graded after the Kentucky Derby race is final on May 1st.

Prize Structure

The total amountof prizes that will be paid out can not exceed $4000 in betting script. Multiple winners with the same score will split the prizes

MAIN PRIZE $2,500 betting script (must be a DPT customer) Or $500 betting script for non active DPT customers.

All Betting Script are to be claimed at Jazz Casino & Sportsbook (www.jazzsports.com) or ABC Islands Casino & Sportsbook (www.abcislands.com).

2nd Place $1000 betting script or $250 betting script for non active DPT customers.

3rd place $500 betting script or $100 betting script for non active DPT customers.

* An Active DPT Customer is defined as having funds and having played at least $50 on four of the previous eight days.

* All Betting Scripts MUST BE wagered 5 times before a withdraw can be made.

* Max payout will be 4 times your win amount. Example: if your an active DPT customer and you win the 1st place prize of $2,500 your max payout will be $10,000.
